Because all items sold on mogostickers.com are digital, non-tangible in-game services, refunds are only granted under specific conditions described below.


How to Request a Refund

    • Reason for the refund request
  2. Our team will review your order as soon as we receive your message.
  3. Once approved, refunds are issued immediately. Refund times vary based on payment provider.
    • PayPal refunds return to your PayPal balance within 24 hours in most cases.

Eligible Refund Cases

1. Non-Delivery

  • If your order was not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Delivery

  • If your order was partially completed, we will refund the value of the undelivered portion.

High-Risk Orders
